We inform you that your personal data will be processed in the following manner
confidential, in accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 on protection
natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and regarding
the free circulation of this data, as well as with Romanian legislation in the field.
The company collects, uses, stores, etc., in a word “processes” any of
the following customer data, and in this document we will refer to them
as “personal data”: name and surname, CNP, date of birth, identity document data,
domicile, residence, signature, e-mail address and telephone number if any
provided, bank account number and other banking information in case of payments, health data
in the case of passengers with conditions incompatible with the flight, other data required in the procedure of
registration by the authorities, the other data that are obtained from the process of visiting a
site and for which there is distinct information (the IP address of the computer from which
makes the access, the date and time of the access or request, the name of the accessed page/file
accessed, etc.). We also inform you that the Company only processes personal data
appropriate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are
processed, according to the principle of “data minimization” provided by art. 5, lit. C
from the Regulation.
Personal data will be processed for the following purposes: negotiation,
starting, maintaining, executing, terminating the legal relationship, the contractual relationship,
providing support, notifying you about the products and services offered, personalization and
their improvement, customer loyalty, online identification of targeted persons,
access to products and services, preventing and combating acts sanctioned by law,
obligations established by law for the operator in relation to prevention and combat
money laundering and terrorist financing, registry activities, correspondence, courier,
archiving, analytical and operator risk assessment purposes, financial reporting and
to the authorities, dispute resolution, procedures, expertise, etc.;
The persons who may have access to the data, as a result of the interaction with the operator, may be:
pilots, flight attendants, airport staff, operator management,
people who ensure IT development, maintenance and security, accountants, suppliers of
services for making online payments, courier companies (eg: when it is shipped
communications, name and address are used), marketing firms, public authorities,
notary offices, law offices (eg: when statements are given or recovered
unpaid debts, identification data is used), archiving companies (eg: when se
archives the documents, they are handed over to an archiving service provider or to the Archives
National), financiers, sponsors (eg: to analyze the reality of spending the amounts on which
finances them), legal entities to which the operator has assigned contracts, rights or
the obligations related to them or has subcontracted the services offered, other persons, for
achieving that goal. The agreement to use the data also includes the transmission

of the operator or another person (for example: market knowledge, solvency analysis

The operator uses means of

with the flight, weather conditions, travel conditions in the destination country, etc.
In principle, the operator does not transfer data to other countries;
this may occur when the hosting service of the operator or al
recipients is located in another country, or in correspondence with the management of the company,
when it is located in third countries.
If the personal data provided is incorrect or will suffer
changes (change of name, home address/residence, etc.) please us
informed about this. We also inform you that the internal processing regime a
personal data may change over time and that you have the obligation to inform yourself
about the current status each time you use our services by letter
or an email to our management or our data protection representative.
